IN AUSTRALIA

  • Items purchased will be shipped within 1-2 business days of order. Please allow up to 3 business days during sale periods. 
  • All parcels are posted via Australia Post with a tracking number provided
  • Shipping on all orders to be delivered in Australia under the value of $150 will have a flat fee of $4.90 per order 
  • All orders to be delivered in Australia over the value of $150 will receive free express shipping
  • Express postage may be purchased for $9.90 on any orders delivered in Australia
  • Standard postage within Australia is 2 – 7 business days
  • Express postage within Australia is 1 – 3 business days

INTERNATIONALLY

  • Items purchased will be shipped within 1-2 business days of order. Please allow up to 3 business days during sale periods. 
  • Shipping on all international orders under the value of USD$250 will incur a flat fee of USD$19.90 for express shipping via DHL
  • Shipping on all international orders over the value of USD$250 will be shipped via express shipping free of charge.
  • Express shipping timeframes are currently estimates at 3-6 business days.
  • Please note: we are not offering standard shipping currently. All items are via express. 
Please note, some countries have reported customs charges incurred on international orders outside of Australia. Angie the Label are not liable for any customs fees.

    All parcels are shipped via Australia Post. Once dispatched, shipping is in the control of Australia Post and service interruptions/delays are no longer the responsibility of Angie the Label. Such delays may be caused by harsh weather conditions or busy delivery periods, such as the weeks leading up to Christmas. Please check Australia Post website here directly for such updates as well as your tracking link received on dispatch. 

    For customers outside of Australia, enquiries for lost or missing parcels must be lodged by the customer to the local courier. It is recommended you call or email the courier prior to contacting Angie the Label to expedite the investigation of your lost parcel. Unless at the fault of Angie the Label, until an investigation is completed and the item is deemed lost, Angie the Label are not responsible for shipping your items again or refunding your purchase.
